The 'crazy man' comes on screen and is in the bathroom, the wife and the husband are talking about the husbands achievements and then the husband promises the crazy man something, but then the crazy man shoots him and then he carrys on his normal life but is actually dead. Fear has been created by the ghostly effects used in the film. It is set in an apartment where the lighting is quite dim. We see both the threat and the victim.
